Find the Line
Toolkit Packaging Closed Box

Find the Line is an anti-bullying toolkit designed and created by Cherise Wigginton, with illustrations by Gabrielle Scott. The toolkit contains tactile tools for two tasks which form an educational workshop for the workplace. It aims to bring colleagues together and start a discussion about behaviour in a professional environment. The goal is to help both employers and employees identify the line between bullying and acceptable interactions.

In Task 1, participants are instructed to stick words, stickers and shapes above and below a line to show which kinds of behaviour are acceptable and which are unacceptable in the workplace.

Task 2 includes reading materials about a potential bullying scenario, based on a real-life unresolved workplace incident. Participants are encouraged to discuss the incident from the different perspectives of six different persona cards and decide the best way to deal with the situation.
