Bethany Jazwinski is an artist who focuses on examining feminist theories and scrutinising how contemporary art explores this in relation to 1970s theorists. Her work has a specific focus on the male gaze which is prevalent throughout her practice. She works across mediums exploring the relationship between the graphic and the vague, and uses reductive techniques to express her investigation into signifying the female form. After graduating, Jazwinski is keen to work with the community on art based projects with an ambition to complete a Masters degree in Art Therapy.
