Dorothy Lu has developed her design skill set during her MA course. From planning to execution, she has become proficient in turning initial ideas from sketches to physical outcomes. She says “The process of pushing myself to the limit repeatedly was somehow painful but it is worthwhile”.

In coming years she plans to work as a freelance contemporary jeweller and silversmith whilst continuing to explore her own artistic identity.
