In the undergraduate stage his study, Douglas Liu often used composite materials and metal design. Liu can skillfully explore the characteristics of each composite materials. Liu’s future career plan is to use the metalworking knowledge and skills learnt at Sheffield Hallam University to design jewellery for traditional metalworking companies that are more in line with contemporary design concepts.
