Josephine Panton is an English Danish multidisciplinary Artist, exploring Abstract Expressionism within her practice. Panton began to establish herself as one who explores the sculptural relationship between shape and colour, using this creative language to design theories on Form Recognition and Cyclical Emergent Properties, from Micro to Macro. Utilizing the reflective and malleable qualities of metal, she situates her sculptures as planes for debate, concerned with the philosophical and hypothetical. Already with an oeuvre of exhibitions and curational experience, Josephine is establishing herself within the Yorkshire art scene, with the auspicious opening of a new gallery space in Sheffield.
