Phoebe will be taking part in the Mindless Academy 4 week internship, giving her an opportunity to experience a taster of the industry due to difficulties getting an internship during the coronavirus pandemic. She aims to gain more internships in the fashion industry to develop her interests as she enjoys many aspects of fashion. Once Stephenson has become an established creative, with contacts and years of experience, she aims to work as a freelancer and collaborate with likeminded individuals.
