Rosie Blackburn is working with text, actions, writing and images. The work is concerned with action within relation. How a thing takes place in no singular way but is constantly moving through a network of other agencies, people, places and times. The approach is uninterested in the artist as any kind of special actor, with a view to being non-teleological. The work is protest. The work is grief. The work is full of hope.
