Traces of Nature uncovers the metaphysical world of nature that has long remained undiscovered. Through the use of the experimental techniques, the images created in this project reveal hidden methods of communication between plants and flowers, that are imperceptible through ordinary sensory experience. These images challenge our preconceived beliefs of what we believe to be true about the world we inhabit as well as reorienting our view of flowers as mere decorations. Traces of Nature highlights the inherent beauty of flora through high quality imagery, whilst aiding in discourse surrounding natures place within both the physical and metaphysical world.
