Grace Palmer has been able to mix her interest in discovering technical solutions to problems, providing joy through design, and exploring her creative side through her time in Sheffield. She has always been fascinated by how a well-designed products can take theoretical research and use it to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She has developed a keen interest in understanding how she might apply her design skills and knowledge to the medical industry and is considering training to be a specialist nurse to gain a solid medical foundation on which to develop a career that can cross both disciplines.
