Jinx Wright is a mixed-media artist, devoted to creating bold, vibrant works that frequent themes of grief, place and connection, whilst using her work in a ritualistic sense. Wright does this to understand and process grief for herself and to confront the taboo narrative in today’s society revolving around loss. Wright looks closely inward at their experiences for inspiration and stylistically looks to their roots in the punk scene, referencing the chaotic and neon nature of her work.
