Pixie Freeman-Pettitt
Pixie Freeman–Pettitt is a designer studying an MA in Fashion Design. Her fashion background is very craft-based, using crochet, knitting and embroidery in her work. Freeman–Pettitt is also interested in things happening in the world, using taboo subjects such as girls in gangs, mental health, politics, pollution, and addiction. Freeman–Pettitt is interested in her current project being the driving force in her career. She believes that this project could help people ‘deal’ with the loss of their loved one, experiencing the project first-hand and also experiencing the comforting benefits it offered her.
