Cleo is a mental health tracking app designed by Dan Tarrant to help people track, guide and understand how their feeling. The diary feature allows for day to day inputs that are used to help suggest lifestyle adjustments that improve emotional stability. The feed page offers blog posts, articles and other vetted self-help content to allow users to learn about themselves. Finally, the Soothe page hosts a range of in-app resources such as games, workouts, meditation exercises and more to calm and distract users when they are in need.
This project was inspired by the Clue app and proposes a way of letting people monitor and maintain their mental health discreetly and for free, whilst gaining an understanding of who they are and how their body works. The app proposal was created in Adobe XD along with supporting promotional material.
