Micro is a hypothetical branding and research project by Nora Butchart, and explores themes of micro-plastic consumption through the outcomes of Design Fiction. An average person consumes 20 kg of micro-plastic in their lifetime. Micro helps you achieve this goal and beyond.  

The Galaxy edition is designed to highlight that there are 51 trillion micro-plastic particles polluting the ocean, 500 times more than the number of stars in our galaxy. Each pack contains 5 star pills made from resin. 

This project aims to open people’s eyes to the vast amount of plastic found in our day to day lives, and that it is no longer just plastic polluting the ocean, but the pollution is now in us.
