A story of stolen heirlooms, secrecy and inherited responsibility.

This project follows a modern day girl who uncovers a generational secret of stolen gowns and jewellery hidden within her family for decades. Inspired by her great great grandmother’s use of crinoline to conceal these objects, she adapts her everyday clothes into exaggerated silhouettes, turning garments into vessels that hold memory whole allowing these hidden heirlooms to be carried through her farm.
