Brief
Construct and adapt upon the Sellers Wheel building by introducing the brick-and-mortar retail experience within the space. Each floor will feature a distinct experience, allowing for a cultural exchange between each floor encounter all under one roof. Having an established store on each level which comprises of unique designs and layouts with a hint of biophilia between each, will drive consumer advocacy as well as engagement and ultimately preference. As the future of retail is all about experience, consumers expect to be left exultant from their visit, connecting the consumer with the space and the items they desire, linking the two together with an experience making an impact on them from their visit through the brick-and-mortar methodology.
