Mohammad Al Masri‘s “INERTIA” is a solution created to help adults maintain consistency in their exercise regimen, by removing obstacles and providing incentives identified in the research phase. One key part of the product is the hardware that is intelligent, safe, and compact, and the second is software that provides a gaming influenced style and social experience.

The hardware works using the principle of inertia, that allows the user to generate as much resistance as they want to or can handle, with minimal equipment for a safe, intuitive, compact, and convenient experience. Whilst the software uses gaming and social features to make exercise stimulating and fun.
