Combining texture and interactivity, Valentine creates a slightly playful aspect to this dining experience, where you become the butcher and the meal. Overseeing this ritual is the restaurant’s looming waitstaff, Vutler the Vulture Butler, serving up your tool to pick your cut for the next course.
