In the C**TURY of HER who gets to create the image of womanhood?

C**TURY is a platform that brings light, to the real and raw ways we experience womanhood as a culture. Inspiring purposeful, productive consumption, that helps change the way we as women are depicted and in turn, seen by the world. The male gaze seems to persistently try and dictate how womanhood is understood. By constantly over saturating mainstream media with a fairy tale like narrative and unrealistic ideations of us.

Consequently, we’re brainwashed into perceiving it how the patriarchy intends to distort the genuine, huge visual and social landscape. Women have grown up ingesting the bullshit about how women should present themselves. By continually consuming passive and sexualized representations of women in the media, it diminishes the range of ways womanhood can be experienced.
