Joseph Burdett‘s work expresses evocations of emotional juxtaposition. He uses art as a cathartic remedy for his deepest pains and also as a celebration of his happiest moments. Working within the realms of both paint and photography, Burdett’s practice explores the concept of gender dysphoria in a way that visually exploits his most vulnerable self.
