With a heavy emphasis on the handmade, Molly Pemberton’s practice explores how the escalation in digital technology composes our understanding of reality. In Pemberton’s view, materiality separates the handmade from the digital. She chose paper as her material for ‘Les Traductions’, a project highlighting the importance of tactility in this digital age.
